“This elegant Northern Italian Varietal is grown in the costal range mountains at an elevation of 565ft in the Yamhill-Carlton sub AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was native yeast fermented whole cluster and gently tread upon daily for over a week before punching down.

Absolutely nothing was added to this wine other than a fractional amount of sulfite as a preservative. After ferment it relaxed in neutral oak barrel for almost a year before bottling. It is unfined and unfiltered.

This wine is truly special. A bouquet of dried currant and chocolate covered blueberries delights the senses with a gentle background of Herbs de Provence.
