“For the love of Soif! This is a juicy and crushable blend of Syrah cofermented with viogner from 2021 which is blended with equal parts (minimal skin contact) carbonic maceration Cabernet Franc . It's bright & aromatic with of herbs de Provence followed by juicy red & blue fruit, a bit of bramble ...with a savory mineral finish. This wine comes from the The Dalles,  just 25 miles east of our vineyard. Here, these varietals grow side by side and ripen together.

We press this wine halfway through fermentation and allow the wine to finish fermenting in tank. This keeps the harsher, astringent tannins at bay, and preserves the primary juicy freshness of the fruit. Its as though it starts fermenting as a red but finished as a white. It's really great served chilled for this reason! 

As with all our wines it was fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered. This wine is ready to be enjoyed in its youth and is ridiculously drinkable. “ -Loop de Loop Vinter
