If you've ever had the pleasure of walking through the bazaars of Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, or Turkey, then the aromatics of this wine will be familiar to you. This cofermentation of 15 unique white grapes grown in a single vineyard in the hills above Forest Grove. Raised in loess soils, these grapes were picked on the same day and cofermented on their skins for 13 days. Then it was pressed off and was aged in acacia puncheons for 10 months. The wine is an explosion of exotic dried fruits, sumac, saffron, cashews, and Turkish delights. This skin contact wine is an adventure of the senses, not unlike a morning stroll through a Grand Bazaar. Bottled unfiltered (Vegan) and unfiltered.
